RETURN CONDITIONS

 

1. The policy applies to exchanging 1 product for 1 or multiple products with a total value equal to or higher than the product being exchanged. If customers want to exchange for a product with a lower price, Routine will not refund the excess amount.

2. Each product on the purchase invoice can only be exchanged once (the exchanged product is not eligible for further exchanges, except in cases of manufacturer defects).

3. Exchanging from a full-priced product to a sale product is not applicable.

4. Exchanging products included in fixed-price programs is not applicable.

5. The exchanged product must be unused, unwashed; still have the original tags and labels intact; not stained or have any strange odor;...

6. When exchanging a product, customers must bring the purchase invoice for assistance.
