GUIDE TO CHECK MEMBERSHIP CARD STATUS
For DENNY's regular customers, card class and accumulated points are a familiar part of our journey. With card upgrade and accumulated points, incentives for VIP and above will be even more attractive. Easily track your card class and accumulated points at Routine with just the simple steps below:
STEP 1: Access the website https://sudes-fashion.mysapo.net/ → Select the 'person icon' on the toolbar → Then select the Member Customers section.
STEP 2: LOG IN if you already have an account by entering your complete phone number and password. In case you forget your password, click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions to create a new password.
If you don't have an account yet, select REGISTER → Fill in the required registration information → Enter the OTP code sent to the registered phone number.
*Note:
- One phone number/one email can only be used to register an account once.
- If you are already a DENNY member, please use the phone number you used for purchasing as the registered phone number on the website.
- If you are a new customer, please use your current phone number to register as a new member for customers who have never shopped at [website].
STEP 3: Choose Membership Rank to view card status, accumulated points, and the corresponding benefits for each membership rank.
*Note:
- Membership rank, rank evaluation date, and accumulated points of customers will be officially updated on the website. Please use the Login function to check when needed.
- Here are some definitions:
- Membership rank evaluation points are accumulated points used as criteria for promotion, demotion, and maintaining the rank for customers after 12 months from the nearest promotion date.
- Promotion date is the date when customers were last promoted.
- Next rank evaluation period is the date for maintaining or demoting the rank after 12 months from the nearest promotion date.
- Remaining points are the points that customers can use to participate in the point redemption program for gifts according to the announced offers by Routine.
